Diesel Engine Self Priming Water Pump
ZBC diesel engine self-priming pump is a new product developed based on the similar foreign products, the diesel engine is combined with the self-priming pump perfectly, with manual and automatic controls.
The diesel engine self-priming pump, combined by self-priming pump and anti-jam dirt drain pump, with a rotary spindle, and special design on pump body and impeller channel, as the common self-priming fresh water pumps, seat valves and tanks are not needed, to suck and drain liquids with big solid particles and long fibers, an ideal diesel engine self-priming pump.
The diesel engine self-priming pump, a simple structure, good performance, saving fuel, easy to use and maintain, leading in China.
Work conditions:
. Ambient temperature≤50ºC, media temperature≤80ºC, maximum 200ºC.
. Media PH cast iron 6-9, stainless steel 2-13, Fluoro-plastic lined 1-13
. Media weight: maximum 1240kg/m3.
. Self-priming height: 4.5-5.5m, priming tube length ≤10m.
. The maximum suspend solid particle diameter is 50% of pump diameter, fiber length is 5 times of pump diameter.

our company need 25 working  days for diesel water pump
and for bare shaft pump, it takes 20 working days,
