Product Description

IS centrifugal pump | 1-stage single-priming centrifugal pump
Mainly used for conveying high-temperature corrosive liquid with high freezing point (or crystallization point temperature) of solution medium in the chemical industry, chemical fiber, petroleum, food, pharmaceutical, and other industries  

At room temperature, the pump design pressure is 1.6mpa flow Q=3.4 ~ 460m3/h  

Pump transmission medium temperature is not higher than 250ºC head H= 3.6-132m  

 

R type insulation pump is horizontal radial part of the rear door structure, maintenance without disassembling the pipeline.  

The body is axial suction, radial discharge of the middle support.  

The bearing is lubricated with thin oil, and the bearing frame is equipped with oil level gauge and water cooling device.  

The heat preservation steam pipeline of the pump is connected with the external heat preservation steam system through a flange or wire mouth.  

The pump and motor are connected with an extended and removable coupling
