Product Overview
WQK/QG series submersible sewage pump with cutting devices has the features of high draining ability and good belt-cutting performance. This pump can cut up the chopped fibers, plastic, papers, tapes, cloths, ropes, etc, and then discharge them. With the most advanced methods, the pump is designed for the most reasonable hydraulic system. Coupled with the excellent dry motor, the total pump efficiency can match up with the belt cutting device submersible sewage pump series produced by West Germany ABS Company. The pump uses high-quality hard alloy, double mechanical seals, and an oil seal. For normal operation and staff safety, users should equip the motor with a power leakage protector. During a long time running, the pump motor is allowed to come out of the liquid, but the maximum height is 1/2 height of the motor. Sewage temperature is not over 40ºC.

Ore particles suspended solids and noncorrosive media with short fiber paper scraps, sawdust, starch, and sediment.
2. Medium temperature ≤40ºC, Density ≤1200kg/m³, PH-9.
