Booster Regulator Water Supply Equipment is booster regulate equipment, which manufactured based on National Building Standard 98s205 design. The device consists of a diaphragm pressure tank, booster pump, electric control box, instrumentation and piping accessories, and other components, suitable for multi-story and high-rise buildings and booster requirements for fire hydrant water supply systems and automatic water spraying fire-extinguishing systems, and other fire-fighting and water supply system.
Pump Feature :
1, With the pump, electric control cabinet, diaphragm type pressure tanks, pipes, four-in-one combination network, and accompanied with the isolator without pre-embedded holes, designers can easily select device model and size, by counting Parameters. Electric Designers do not need to design the control circuit, only need to design for the cable line to pumping stations and the device. Choose convenience, can greatly shorten the design cycle for designers and construction time for builders.
2, Diaphram pressure tank disposable inflatable, durable lifetime. Water vapor isolation can prevent the pollution of water.

Pump Characteristic :
1- Three start modes:
A- Manual start: switch between manual, automatic interlink by hand, manual start:
B- automatic/manual mode: start to fail to warn 5-10-15S;
C- Emergency manual direct start: in failure, emergency manual start.
2- Automatic run:
when pump receives fire signals if motor fire pump electric power supply system is off or phase loss, and pump cannot start normally, diesel engine fire pump will automatically start, as soon as the electric power supply system recovers or motor pump can start normally, it will be switched to the motor pump automatically.
3- automatic stop:
when the fire signal is off, the diesel engine fire pump will delay and stop.
4- Storage battery self-charging:
storage battery can be charged by industrial power diesel engine charging motor.
5- Perfect indication system:
prepared start, manual start, automatic start, run, stop storage battery charging, ultra-speed, diesel engine lubricant oil pressure too low, booster oil pressure too low, diesel engine lubricant oil temperature too low, diesel engine cooling water temperature too low, storage battery voltage too low, fuel oil level too low (shortage).
6- Perfect warning or safeguard system:
3-fail start warning, ultra-speed warning, lubricant oil warning, booster oil warning, cooling water temperature warning, lubricant oil warning, automatic charging system warning, storage battery warning, storage battery warning, oil level warning.

Pump Operation
1- Do not operate a pump without having read and understood its Operations Manual.
2- Do's Always disconnect the negative battery cable before working on any pump.
3- Make sure all hose joints are properly connected before starting the pump.
4- Level the pump using jack stands or cribbing.
5- Install cribbing or support when using 8" or larger suction and discharge hoses.
6- Allow the engine or motor to warm up before raising the level to operate speed.
7- Raise and lower engine speed gradually.
8- Consult with us if operating an engine or motor over 1800 RPM.
9- Service diesel engines every 250 hours of running time.
10- Open drain valves on volute and non-return valves after shutting down a pump in freezing weather (ice can form and expand, possibly causing damage).
11- Take lines apart away from your body in case any remaining liquids spray.
12- Don't touch the air compressor outlet line. It can be a hot surface!
13- Don't block airflow to the engine radiator (prevents overheating).
14- Don't pump liquids with a pH other than 7 (neutral). Internal corrosion may occur.
15- Don't pump heavy abrasive material. Internal corrosion may occur.
16- Don't run a diesel engine to the point of running out of fuel. The fuel delivery system will need to be bled prior to re-starting the engine.
17- Don't open the radiator cap while the engine is still warm.
