Manufacturing Pneumatic Operation PVC 3 Way Ball Valves :

The pneumatic ball valve is a ball valve equipped with a pneumatic actuator. The execution speed of the pneumatic actuator is relatively fast. The fastest switching speed is 0.05 seconds/time, so it is usually called a pneumatic quick-cut ball valve. Pneumatic ball valves are usually equipped with various accessories, such as solenoid valves, air source treatment triples, limit switches, positioners, control boxes, etc., to achieve local control and remote centralized control. The valve can be controlled in the control room. , There is no need to go to the scene or high altitude and dangerously bring manual control, which saves human resources as well as time and safety to a large extent

Use and Maintenance:

1- This manual is applicable to electric (or pneumatic) ball valves at the flange connection end.
2- It is composed of an electric (or pneumatic) actuator and a ball valve body part, and
its connection depends on the bracket and the connecting shaft.
3- Use restrictions
A) Temperature and pressure limitation.
B) The nameplate shows the maximum allowable operating pressure of the ball valve at the maximum and
minimum operating temperatures.
C) Valve seats and seals made of PTFE or RTFE are used, and the operating temperature should be between
150°C and 200°C. The operating temperature of other types of valve seats and seals should be checked.
D) The nominal pressure rating (PN) of the cryogenic valve can indicate the maximum working pressure of the valve under normal temperature conditions. (For example, PN4.0, indicating that the maximum working pressure when the operating temperature is between -290C and 380C is 40 Bar (4.0MPa)).
E) For the precautions of electric or pneumatic actuators, please refer to their corresponding instructions.

Advantage Features :

2- The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, which is reliable in sealing and easy to open and close. 3- The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structure with an inverted seal, and the valve stem will not be rushed out when the valve cavity is abnormally increased in pressure.

4- A 90-degree switch positioning mechanism can be set, and locks can be added as needed to prevent misoperation.
5- Internal thread connection ball valve and butt-welding connection ball valve are used for PN1.0-4.0MPa, working temperature -29-180 degrees (sealing ring is reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene)

Installation:

1- Remove the protective covers on both sides of the flange, and rinse and clean with the valve fully opened.
2- The whole machine should be tested according to the specified signal (electrical or pneumatic) before installation (to prevent vibration from affecting the performance due to transportation), and then it can be installed online (wiring according to the electric actuator circuit diagram).
3- Before preparing to connect with the pipeline, flush and remove the remaining impurities in the pipeline (these substances may damage the valve seat and ball).
4- During installation, please do not use the actuator part of the valve as a lifting point to avoid damage to the actuator and accessories.
5- This type of valve should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline.
6- The pipeline near the installation point should not hang down or bear external forces. Pipe supports or supports can be used to eliminate the deviation of the pipeline.
7- After connecting with the pipeline, please tighten the flange connecting bolts crosswise with the specified torque.
