Product Description

Magnetic Pump CQB :
The CQB magnetic drive pump is a new type of completely leak-free corrosion-resistant pump developed by the National Joint Design Group of Magnetic Pumps. Its technical and economic indicators are equivalent to those of similar foreign products in the late 1980s. It is a supplement and improvement to the CQ pump.

Application :

Pump Body :

The flow part of the pump is made of all stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance to organic acids, organic compounds, alkali, neutral solutions, and a variety of gases. The double spiral groove carbon graphite bearings and cemented carbide bushings Run-in, with strong wear resistance, to ensure the life of the product.


Condition : 
 

1. Since the cooling and lubrication of the magnetic pump bearing depends on the conveyed medium, idling rotation is prohibited, and at the same time, avoiding idling operation caused by restarting after a power cut in the middle of the work.
2. If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter should be added to the pump inlet: if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.
3. The ambient temperature of the CQB magnetic drive centrifugal pump during use should be less than 40ºC, and the temperature rise of the motor should not exceed 75ºC.
4. The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material (see attached table for details). The service temperature of the engineering plastic pump is less than 60ºC, the service temperature of the metal pump is less than 100ºC, the conveying suction pressure is not more than 0.2mpa, the working pressure is 1.6mpa, the density is not more than 1600kg/m3, and the particle size is not more than 30 × 10-6m2/s. Liquid without hard particles and fibers.
5. the medium that is easy to precipitate and crystallize as the conveying liquid, it should be cleaned in time after use, and the liquid accumulated in the pump should be drained.
6. the CQB magnetic pump has been running for 100 hours, the wear of the bearing and the end face moving ring should be disassembled and inspected, and the wearing parts that are not suitable for reuse should be replaced.
7. The internal and external magnetic couplings of CQB-type magnetic drive pumps adopt high-performance permanent magnet materials, which may cause potential harm to the following devices. Please keep the following devices away from this series of pumps. Such as cardiac pacemakers, credit cards, and other magnetic cards, calculators, computer disks, watches, etc.

Troubleshooting :

Fault	Cause	Method of exclusion
no water comes out of the Pump	1-  the water pump reverses 2- Air leakage in the water inlet pipe 3-The voltage is too high, and the coupling slips when starting. 4- the suction lift is too high. 5-the suction lift is too high. 6-the valve does not open.	1-change the motor wiring. 2-Prevent air leakage. 3-Increase the water storage. 4-Adjust the positive voltage. 5-lower the sand installation position. 6-correct or change the valve.
Insufficient flow	1-the suction pipe diameter is too small or blocked.  2- the impeller flow passage is blocked. 3-the head is too high. 4-the speed is not enough.	1-change the inlet pipe. 2-clean the impeller. 3-open the large water outlet valve. 4-recover the rated speed.
Head is too low	1-the flow is too large. 2- the speed is too low.	1-close the small water outlet valve. 2-recover the rated speed.
Too noisy	1- the shaft is severely worn. 2- the shaft sleeve is severely worn. 3- Drive the magnetic steel cup in contact with the isolating sleeve. 4-Grinding of the seal ring and impeller.	1-replace the pump shaft. 2-replace the shaft sleeve. 3-Remove the pump head and reassemble it. 4-Replace thrust ring and seal ring.
Leakage	1- The sealing ring is damaged.	1- Replace the o-shaped sealing ring.
