The NL-type mud pump product is a single-stage single-suction vertical centrifugal pump. The volute, pump seat, motor seat, and impeller nut are cast iron with good corrosion resistance and convenient processing technology. The impeller is a three-piece single-circular-chord curved blade, semi-closed impeller, and malleable cast iron are used, so it has high strength and corrosion resistance; it is convenient to process, good in passability, and high inefficiency. In order to reduce weight and reduce the amount of turning, the pump shaft is made of carbon steel cold-drawn round steel. The pump seat is equipped with four skeleton oil seals and shaft sleeves to prevent shaft wear and extend the shaft. The NL-type mud pump can be used vertically or obliquely and has a small footprint. The volute needs to be buried in the working medium. It is easy to start and does not require water diversion. The direction of rotation should be clockwise from the tail of the motor. The length of the switchboard is available in various specifications so that the user can choose it according to local conditions.

1.
