Design Feature

The valve closing process is completed by the elastic pressure of the sealing ring,

5. The stem shaft diameter seal adopts graphite pressed forming sealing ring. In summary, it ensures zero leakage, and the metal seal plus zero leakage before, during and after the fire, so it is intrinsically fire safe.

Use and Maintenance:

1. Before installation, confirm whether the performance of the factory's products and the medium flow arrow are consistent with the moving conditions, and insert and clean the inner cavity of the valve, and it is not allowed to have impurities and foreign matter attached to the sealing ring and butterfly plate, and it is never allowed to close the butterfly plate before cleaning, so as not to damage the sealing ring.

Motorized butterfly valves are suitable for applications where flow regulation is required. Since the pressure loss of the butterfly valve in the pipeline is relatively large, about three times that of the gate valve, when selecting the butterfly valve, the influence of the pipeline system by the pressure loss should be fully considered, and the robustness of the butterfly plate under the pressure of the pipeline medium when it is closed should also be considered. In addition, the operating temperature limitations of the elastic seat material at high temperatures must be considered. The structural length and overall height of the butterfly valve are small, the opening and closing speed is fast, and it has good fluid control characteristics, and the structural principle of the butterfly valve is most suitable for making large-diameter valves. When the butterfly valve is required to control the flow flow, the most important thing is to correctly select the size and type of butterfly valve so that it can work properly and effectively. Middle-line butterfly valves are usually required to have a short structure length and fast opening and closing speed (1/4 revolution) in throttling, regulation control and slurry media. Low pressure cut-off (small differential pressure), butterfly valve is recommended. Butterfly valves can be selected when double-position adjustment, shrinking ground channel, low noise, cavitation and gasification phenomenon, small leakage to the atmosphere, and abrasive medium. When using butterfly valves under special working conditions, or requiring strict sealing, or serious wear, low temperature (cryogenic) and other working conditions, special design metal seal with adjustment device is required to use three-eccentric or double-eccentric special butterfly valves.

Installation:

1- Remove the protective covers on both sides of the flange, and rinse and clean with the valve fully opened.
2- The whole machine should be tested according to the specified signal (electrical or pneumatic) before installation (to prevent vibration from affecting the performance due to transportation), and then it can be installed online (wiring according to the electric actuator circuit diagram).
3- Before preparing to connect with the pipeline, flush and remove the remaining impurities in the pipeline (these substances may damage the valve seat and ball).
4- During installation, please do not use the actuator part of the valve as a lifting point to avoid damage to the actuator and accessories.
5- This type of valve should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline.
6- The pipeline near the installation point should not hang down or bear external forces. Pipe supports or supports can be used to eliminate the deviation of the pipeline.
7- After connecting with the pipeline, please tighten the flange connecting bolts crosswise with the specified torque.
