Pump feature : 

1- Automatic start: After receiving the fire alarm/pipe network pressure/power failure/or other start signals, the diesel water pump unit can automatically start and put into full load operation within 15 seconds;
2- Automatic charging: the battery can be automatically charged by the utility power or diesel engine charging motor to ensure the smooth start of the unit;
3- Automatic alarm: automatic alarm protection for diesel engine low oil pressure, high water temperature and other faults, alarm and shutdown when Overspeed;
4- Automatic preheating: make the diesel engine in a warm standby state to ensure emergency work;
5- Direct connection: Diesel water pump units below 360kw adopt the domestically pioneered direct connection technology between diesel engine and water pump through flexible couplings, which reduces failure points, greatly shortens the start-up time of the unit, and increases the reliability and emergency performance of the unit ;

Automatic control cabinet:

A) starting functions:

1- Manual start function: manual and automatic interlocking can be completed through the transfer switch and manual start function can be realized;

If the three starts are unsuccessful, the "start failure alarm" will be issued and the starting state will be automatically exited; after a successful start, the starting time to the rated load is 5-10-15S (varies according to the unit capacity );
3- Emergency manual direct start function: When the automatic control device fails, the emergency manual direct start function can be realized.
 
B) Automatic operation: When the water pump unit receives an effective fire control signal if the electric motor fire pump power supply system is cut off or lacks phase or the electric pump fails to start normally, the diesel engine fire pump unit will automatically start and run. Once the power supply system returns to normal or When the electric pump can operate normally, it can automatically switch to the electric pump.

1- Automatic shutdown: When the fire signal disappears, the diesel engine fire pump will self-delay shutdown.
2- Battery self-charging and voltage stabilization function: The battery can be automatically charged by the mains power for the diesel engine charging motor to ensure the smooth start of the unit.

9- Equipped with water heating and pre-heating device: The unit is equipped with an AC220V cooling water pre-heating device, which can ensure the normal operation of the unit in an environment below 5°C.
10- Double battery circuit: when one battery fails, the other battery can be automatically put in.
11- Maintenance-free storage battery: No need to add replenisher frequently.
