The diesel engine fire pump, IS series single-stage, S, SOW series of new single-stage & dual-stage, TSWA, D series. Domestic or foreign diesel engines used have compact structure, easy to maintain and use, automatic control, reliable.

In abnormal conditions, greater diesel engine power is needed to match the pump.
Characteristics:
(1). Three start modes:
1. Manual start: switch between manual, automatic interlink by hand, manual start:
2. automatic/manual mode: start fail warning 5-10-15S;
3. Emergency manual direct start: in failure, emergency manual start.
(2). Automatic run: when pump receives fire signals, if motor fire pump electric power supply system is off or phase loss, and pump cannot start normally, diesel engine fire pump will automatically start, as soon as the electric power supply system recovers or motor pump can start normally, it will be switched to the motor pump automatically.
(3). automatic stop: when fire signal is off, diesel engine fire pump will delay and stop.
(4). Storage battery self-charging: storage battery can be charged by industrial power diesel engine charging motor.
(5). Perfect indication system: prepared start, manual start, automatic start, run, stop, storage battery charging, ultra-speed, diesel engine lubricant oil pressure too low, booster oil pressure too low, diesel engine lubricant oil temperature too low, diesel engine cooling water temperature too low, storage battery voltage too low, fuel oil level too low (shortage).
(6). Perfect warning or safeguard system: 3-fail start warning, ultra-speed warning, lubricant oil warning, booster oil warning, cooling water temperature warning, lubricant oil warning, automatic charging system warning , storage battery warning , storage battery warning, oil level warning.
(7). Good indicators: diesel engine lubricant oil pressure, diesel engine rotation speed, storage battery charging current, storage battery charging voltage.
(8). Direct coupling: diesel engine is connected with pump with coupler, compact structure, little faults, little faults, little vibration, easy to install.
9. Pressure, flow range: IS series 1-stage 1-priming, S\SOW series 1-stage 2-priming, TSWA\D series multi-stage pump.
10. Flow, pressure regulation: diesel engine pump, with mechanical regulator or electronic regulator, when pump flow, head are not correct, you can change the diesel engine rotation speed.
11. Water preheat system: AC220V cooling water preheat system, to keep work under 50C.
12. Storage batteries: a standby system.
13. maintenance-free storage batteries: it is not needed to refill liquids frequently.
14. Automatic timed monitor test: standby fire system, automatic test and warning.

· Pump Operation
· Do not operate a pump without having read and understood its Operations Manual.
· Do's
· Always disconnect the negative battery cable before working on any pump.
· Make sure all hose joints are properly connected before starting the pump.
· Level the pump using jack stands or cribbing.
· Install cribbing or support when using 8" or larger suction and discharge hoses.
· Allow engine or motor to warm up before raising level to operating speed.
· Raise and lower engine speed gradually.
· Consult with us if operating an engine or motor over 1800 RPM.
· Service diesel engines every 250 hours of running time.
· Open drain valves on volute and non-return valves after shutting down a pump in freezing weather (ice can form and expand, possibly causing damage).
· Take lines apart away from your body in case any remaining liquids spray.

· Don'ts
· Don't touch the air compressor outlet line. It can be a hot surface!
· Don't block air flow to the engine radiator (prevents overheating).
· Don't pump liquids with a pH other than 7 (neutral). Internal corrosion may occur.
· Don't pump heavy abrasive material. Internal corrosion may occur.
· Don't run a diesel engine to the point of running out of fuel. The fuel delivery system will need to be bled prior to re-starting the engine.
· Don't open the radiator cap while the engine is still warm.
